Colonial shutters give your home a classic look and are a great fit for almost any home or business. We have three different variations of Colonial shutters:

Louvered Colonial Shutter
We manufacture our non-rated Louvered Colonial Shutters locally in our Mt. Pleasant facility. These shutters are made from heavy duty aluminum alloy components and assembled with stainless steel rivets and screws. We powder coat paint the shutters and poles to the color of your choice. These shutters are installed to allow for them to be closed from inside the openings.
Our rated Louvered Colonial Shutters are manufactured by Croci North America in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The rated Colonials meet the new ASTME 1996/1886 building code standards. They also meet the rigorous Florida Building Commission testing requirements. We arrange for your shutters to be powder coat painted the color of your choice. We can arrange these shutters to lock from the inside, eliminating the need for ladders.
Raised Panel Shutter
We manufacture our non-rated Raised Panel Shutters in our local Mt. Pleasant facility. Our Raised Panel Shutters are made of extira, a treated wood composite. These are fully functional and operable. All panels are cut to pre-determined widths for cosmetic appeal and historical accuracy while still offering the maximum amount of functional flexibility. Our Raised Panel shutters are guaranteed against any normal effects of moisture, heat, cold, UV radiation, and insect infestation.
Our non-rated Board-n-Batten shutters are manufactured in our local Mt. Pleasant facility. These shutters are made from extira, a treatable wood composite. These shutters are fully functional and operational. All panels are cut to pre-determined widths for cosmetic appeal and historical accuracy while still offering the maximum amount of functional flexibility. Our non-rated Board-n-Batten Shutters are guaranteed against any normal effects of moisture, heat, cold, UV radiation, and insect infestation.
Our rated Board-n-Batten shutters are locally manufactured in our North Charleston facility. These shutters have been designed to meet the new ASTME 1996/1886 building code standards and meet the Florida Building Commission’s rigorous testing requirements. These Colonial shutters are custom designed to fit specific needs and are equipped with an easy locking system. They can be locked from the outside on ground-level windows and the inside on elevated windows. We powder coat paint all of our Board-n-Batten Colonial Shutters to the color of your choice.
